Buffalo Bills @ Tennessee Titans +5.5

NFL Football

Another major AFC clash takes place on Monday Night Football, as the top ranked Buffalo Bills head to Tennessee to take on Derrick Henry and the Titans. The Titans are quietly putting together a fairly solid season, albeit in the worst division in the NFL. They are coming off a thrashing of the Jaguars which made up for the team’s much talked about loss to the Jets in Week 4. The Bills meanwhile are riding as high as you can get after taking down the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, and finally slaying the dragon. Again, the weakest unit in this game is the Titans defense which has been dreadful against all opponents this year. That is probably why Buffalo is laying nearly a touchdown in this game on the road. The only problem with that rationale is that Tennessee’s offense is getting healthier with both AJ Brown and Julio Jones returning to full practice, as is defensive end Bud Dupree. The Bills will allow teams to run on them while eliminating big plays down field. If there is any offense in the league built to do this, it’s the Titans with Derrick Henry. I think every public joe is going to be on the Bills after they beat the Chiefs in convincing fashion, so you know what that means. Give me the points with the Titans, but I would wait until Monday to get the best number you can get.
