Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New England Patriots +7.0:

Hello from the other side. Everyone’s seen the promo run by the NFL hyping up the biggest return in NFL history this Sunday night. Tom Brady and the Buccaneers head to Foxborough to take on Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots for the first time since the two sides parted in 2020. The whole world watched as Brady led the Bucs to a Super Bowl last season in his first year away from Belichick. To add to the drama, Brady needs only 68 yards to break Drew Brees’ all-time passing record, something he should get in the first quarter if not the first drive. It will be a bittersweet reunion no doubt, but one for the record books. As for betting the game, the Bucs enter as a touchdown favorite on the road, something that rarely ever happens in Foxboro. The narrative is that Brady will unleash his full arsenal against the Pats, but are you betting against Belichick at home? All of the money is on Tampa Bay so far and public bettors love to bet a good narrative. Smart money will probably come in on the Patriots at over a touchdown, and perhaps that is warranted. This will arguably be the best defense that the Buccaneers have faced, no offense to the Rams. It’s at least the best secondary. I like the over 49.5 in this game rather than taking a side. If I had to bet a side, I’d probably wait until kickoff to get the best New England number I can find.
