The battle of the 3-4's tonight is going down as America's team, the Dallas Cowboys, host the Tennessee Titans. We've seen some really high scoring games this weekend, but the over/under for this is really low at 40.5 points. The Boys are favored by 5 points, and are -240 with the money line. The Titans are +190. Sunday was one of the worst days for the Vegas books as they took a big hit. A lot of the overs came in, and the easily favored teams like Chicago, Minnesota and KC all covered.
For this one, the Dallas Cowboys have a 74% chance of winning according to ESPN's Match Up Predictor. Both teams will be rested as they are coming off bye weeks, and both teams will be hungry having lost their previous games by close margins. This will be the first game for WR Amari Cooper who was acquired from the Raiders prior to the bye. Cooper was picked 4th overall back in '15, and he made the Pro Bowl that year and the next. Cooper should definitely help QB Dak Prescot, who only has 8 TDs on the year.
The Titans are 9th in pass defense, so it will be a bit of a challenge for Dak, but Dallas is 3-0 at home so far, and I think they stay unbeaten at AT&T Stadium tonight, as well as cover the 5 point spread.
I would also lean with the trend of the weekend and look for the over. Kick off is at 5:15 PM PT.
