Week 12 caps off Monday night when the 7-3 Houston Texans host the 5-5 Tennessee Titans. Houston is a 6 point favorite and should be able to get their 8th straight win Monday night. This one won't be a high scoring affair, with the over/ under only at 41.5 points.
For Houston, they will be without their RB Foreman, and for the Titans, CB Cruikshank and RB Fluellen will be out. Houston's last 2 wins both came by 2 points, but they were road wins at Denver and Washington.
For Houston, they will be without their RB Foreman, and for the Titans, CB Cruikshank and RB Fluellen will be Tennessee had won 2 in a row before getting blown out by the Colts in Indy last week. This will definitely be a defensive battle. The Titans are scoring under 18 points per game, and the Texans are just under 24. Defensively these teams are giving up 19 and 20 points per game respectively, so I think this will even go under 40 points. It's a little ironic to me that the Titans actually beat the Texans way back in week 2, 20-17, because of how the seasons have turned out for both teams since then. If the Texans do win Monday, their 8th straight would set a new franchise record, and give them the 2nd longest winning streak in the NFL behind the Saints, who are at 10 games in a row. They hold a 2 game lead in the AFC South over both the Colts and the Titans, and a win here would almost guarantee their 3rd AFC South title in the last 4 years.
For Houston, they will be without their RB Foreman, and for the Titans, CB Cruikshank and RB Fluellen will be I think they win a low-scoring game, but I would still take the Titans getting 6 points.
