Baltimore Ravens vs Chicago Bear in NFL Pre-Season
NFL Football Hall of Fame Game, August 2, 2018
The 99th NFL season will be launched with the Chicago Bears taking on the Baltimore Ravens on August 2nd. For the Bears, this will be a record tying fifth appearance in a Hall of Fame game, whereas this is the Raven’s first appearance.
The bears won the previous four appearances, and the most recent one resulted in a 27-24 against Miami in 2005. So are you ready to place a worthy bet on NFL football?
In this Enshrinement Week of 2018, the aggressive defense of Chicago against Baltimore’s offensive line which is already riddled with injuries will be quite interesting to watch. The RT of the Raven’s Jermaine Eluemunor will be up against the Bear’s DE Akiem Hicks.
Eluemunor is still inexperienced but has the powerful upper body and the ability to handle the combo blocks to work towards a win against the Bears. He’ll be going against Hicks who seems to have the same strengths, but has more experience. Perhaps this is why he appears to be so intelligent on the field. Hicks has also managed to get 4 sacks against the rookie.
The next matchup to review before you can bet on NFL football is The LT of the Bears – Charles Leno against OLB of the Ravens – Terrel Suggs. Suggs has the experience but cannot be exactly called a home for old pass rushers. He has a lead over the team with his 4 sacks and has the ability to go around tackles. Leno on the other hand has an ability to keep the pass rushers behind when the Bears have the ball.
There are many other stats to review before you bet on NFL football but a prediction for the outcome is that the Ravens will break the Bear’s run by making their offence suffer miserably. Let’s see how the events transpire on August 2nd and whether we profit from our bet on NFL football.
