Belgium Vs. France in World Cup: 7/10/2018

FIFA : World Cup Soccer for July 10th, Belgium Vs. France

There’s one thing we know sure about the winner of the 2018 FIFA World Cup – It’s going to be somebody from Europe. We’ve got England battling Croatia and France taking on Belgium at the semi-final fixtures.

Everyone’s got their eyes on the latter fixture. After all, we’ve got two of the most skilled teams taking on each other. But, who’s going to come out on topc

Well, it would be hard to say. France has progressed gradually in this World Cup. However, that's what they've been doing since the beginning, and it doesn't really come as a surprise. But, the team did what it had to do, successfully beating Uruguay and Argentina to get to where it is now.

A major advantage for the French is that they have Kylian Mbappe, who’s managed to deliver a stellar performance in the current tournament. If that isn’t enough, the French also have Coach Didier Deschamps – a man known for his depth.

One thing is for certain – France has a lot more to offer than what we've seen so far, and we might just see their full capabilities against Belgium. However, Belgium isn't to be taken lightly. In all of their 73 encounters with the French, they've managed to beat them 30 times. 19 of those encounters ended in a draw. So, as far as wins go, the Belgians have put the French in their place more than a few times.

Plus, the current team is a star-studded group and thanks to Thierry Henry and Roberto Martinez, they’ve become a force to reckon in with in terms of attack strategies. The Belgian also owns the title of being the highest scoring team this year with 14 goals in total.

To cut a long story short, we’re looking at a “Clash of the Titans” scenario here. However, the bets seem to be marginally in favour of the French.
