Tonight at 7:00 South Florida hosts Temple at Lincoln Financial Field
College football is going to witness the South Florida Bulls take on the Temple Owls at the Lincoln Financial Field on October 21, 2016. The Bulls have had their third straight victory and boosted their ranking to 6-1 after valiantly beating the Connecticut Huskies. Quarterback Quinton Flowers proved to be the Bulls’ finest after completing five touchdowns and a whopping 370 total yards. Besides Flowers, the South Florida Bulls have an extremely strong backfield. Taking the lead there is Marlon Mack and D’Ernest Johnson, who is also one of the team’s leading receivers.
The Temple Owls
Temple stands at 4-3 after beating the UCF Knights their last time out. Although they started their game poorly, they got their defensive up and running and clinched victory overcoming a 25-14 halftime deficit. Running back Jahad Thomas led the war for the Owls. On the offense are Thomas and Ryquell Armstead. Phillip Walker, the quarterback, has earned 10 touchdowns and completed 56.2 percent of his passes.
The South Florida Bulls are known to have one of the country’s strongest offenses, while the Temple Owls has only a few members on the offensive. The Owls, however, do have a strong defense even though they lost some keys members since 2015. The Owls’ Phillip Walker seems to be their best bet to take on South Florida’s almost-invincible offenses. Top sportsbooks say that the Bulls might have the upper hand in this game, but the Owls have momentum and will be determined not to go down without a fight, making them our pick to win this friday.
Tune in and catch the Temple Owls take on the South Florida Bulls on October 21, 2016. Make sure you have placed your bets on college football before the match date.
